# DictationDesk cancellation and refund policy

> DictationDesk has no subscription to cancel. Unused prepaid credit is refundable at any time; how to ask for a refund and how it is paid.

## 1. What this covers

This policy applies to payments made to Surge Software Solutions Private Limited for DictationDesk (dictationdesk.com).

## 2. No subscription, nothing to cancel

DictationDesk has no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and no renewal charge. You can stop using it at any time and close your account from its settings or by emailing corp@surgesoftware.co.in.

## 3. Prepaid credit

After the free period, DictationDesk charges per use from prepaid credit you add through Razorpay, at what each use costs us, with no markup. The rates are on our pricing page (https://dictationdesk.com/pricing).

## 4. Refunds

Unused credit: refundable in full at any time on request, including when you close your account.

Used credit: credit already spent on a use is not refundable, because we have paid for that use.

Duplicate or failed payments: if you are charged twice, or charged for a top-up that did not add credit, we refund it in full.

Charging errors: if a use was charged wrongly, tell us and we will correct your balance or refund the difference.

## 5. How to ask for a refund

Email corp@surgesoftware.co.in from the email address on your account. Include "DictationDesk" and, if you have it, the Razorpay payment ID. We will reply within 2 working days.

## 6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it in your account.
