## Nothing is shipped

DictationDesk is a digital service sold by Surge Software Solutions Private Limited. We do not ship physical goods, and there are no shipping charges.

## How the service is delivered

Access is delivered online, in your account at dictationdesk.com. Your account, dictionary, snippets, team, device tokens, usage and prepaid credit are in your web dashboard at dictationdesk.com. The Windows app is a free download from our download page (https://dictationdesk.com/download) when it is available there; you link it to your account with a device token from the dashboard. Nothing physical is sent.

When you add prepaid credit, it is added to your account's balance once Razorpay confirms the payment.

## If something is missing

If a payment succeeded but the credit does not show in your account, write to us with the Razorpay payment ID. We will add the credit or refund the payment in full (see our refund and cancellation policy, /refunds).

## Where we deliver

The service is delivered online to customers in India and abroad. Access needs only a web browser and an internet connection.
